In a news release, the Innocence Project will argue before the Supreme Court, the Alaska DNA case of William Osborne. Great job and great news for many other inmates with DNA hiding away in a box somewhere this will set a precedence for those men and women, in states that do not allow post conviction DNA testing where it can or can not prove innocence or guilt.
In Florida where I am at, it could prove to be a huge factor for the inmates who under three corrupt Secretaries may now get a second chance for testing of their cases. I was going to report on our YO's serving LWOP, but now this may cover everyone.
Let's see where this all ends up hopefully some innocent people will go free for the first time in years and decades.
